Steel Fabrication & Structure
Our process starts on day one with steel fabrication and structure, which typically takes about 2 weeks to complete.

Stair Fitting
Once the steel fabrication and structure are finished, we begin fitting the stairs. This is an important step as it ensures that your new loft space is safe and accessible.
3.
Last Minute Design
After the stairs are fitted, we invite you to come and see your new loft space. This is an exciting time as it allows you to plan out the rooms and windows, and to see the amount of space available. This is much more effective than looking at a drawing, as it helps you to fully visualise your new space.
4.
Plumbing & Electrical
We proceed to first fix electrics and plumbing. This is an important stage as it allows you to discuss ideas for your bathroom and main room with our team. Our skilled electricians and plumbers will work closely with you to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.
5.
Insulation Fitting
Once the electrics and plumbing are in place, we move on to insulating and plaster boarding, as well as building internal walls. Our teams of highly skilled roofers and bricklayers will also be working outside, which helps to minimise the length of time that the job takes.
6.
Completion & Sign-off
Finally, we bring in our plasterers, second fix joiners, electricians, and plumbers to complete all work on site. This leaves you with a totally transformed home that you will love for years to come.
